To support the COO and the Middle Office Team we are looking for an ambitious personality as Senior Specialist Operations with great IT affinity, who would like to apply his knowledge in a dynamic and exciting environment.
Your main tasks
- Assisting in the implementation of regulatory and legal requirements (Operations & IT)
- Provide the necessary audit documentation (Operations & IT)
- Processing of audit reports (Operations & IT)
- Perform ICS reporting (for management and compliance)
- Support of employees
- Participation/leadership of projects
- Several years of experience at a small to medium sized bank in the back office (securities and payment transactions)
- Doer with hands-on qualities
- Strong implementation skills, goal-oriented, focused and project-driven
- Accurate, independent, proactive and service-oriented way of working
- Positive attitude, trustworthy, flexible, resilient, team player
- Desire to develop and take on more responsibility in the long term
- German native language, English very good
