Before processing any payout, we must conduct a new anti-money laundering review for each customer, specifically regarding the source of the funds, which will take some time. Payouts will then be executed on an ongoing basis depending on the results of these reviews.
Currently, however, no repayment of client funds is possible, including amounts up to CHF 100,000, as the revocation of the bank’s license has cut the bank off from Swiss Interbanking Clearing (SIC), the payment system for interbank and client payments. We are working intensively to find a solution to this issue.
