She is responsible for supporting the senior bankers and consultants in the area of customer service and onboarding of new customers.

Furthermore, the professional reception of customers is part of her duties.

Key professional milestones

Management Assistant

After her experience in customer consulting, Aleksandra worked in an architectural office as an assistant to the management. There she was comprehensively responsible for all matters related to real estate planning, development as well as organizational tasks in the company.

Establishing herself in customer consulting

After her employment at a renowned Swiss bank, Aleksandra worked for a classic bancassurance consulting company. There she was responsible for advising on a wide range of client needs. This included among others the

  • preparing of tax declarations,
  • retirement planning and insurance consulting,
  • mortgage processing
  • investment advice

and the comprehensive support of private clients. During this time, Aleksandra independently managed a client base of over 350 clients throughout Switzerland.

Entry into the professional world

After completing an apprenticeship, Aleksandra worked for several years in customer support and consulting at Visana Krankenkasse and Zürcher Kantonalbank. There she learned the basics of banking and insurance and how to deal with demanding customers.

Qualifications

  • Commercial diploma at the Bénédict commercial school in Zurich

Aleksandra's mother tongues are German and Serbian. She also has very good knowledge of English and Macedonian.
