Overall responsibility as Office Manager
Marcela became responsible for a business office in a software development company in 2019. Her field of activity included accounting, finances, contract management as well as personnel and legal clarifications.
She was also responsible for process optimization and team building of a programming team.
Expertise in the field of marketing
After her basic training, Marcela was attracted to the field of media and marketing.
- In 2018, she joined RTL Croatia as a sales assistant responsible for campaign planning, sales of advertising units and the corresponding reporting.
- After that, she worked for an e-commerce and digital marketing company where she was responsible for the complete re-branding, the maintenance of all social media channels, the launch of new products as well as the creation of new web content and the patents for new products.
First steps in the private sector
Marcela completed her basic commercial training starting in 2015 in various industries such as a logistics company, an insurance company and in the accounting department of a school.
- Master of Economics Entrepreneurship with a focus on managerial communication, informatics technology development, institutional investors behavior and development of EU countries, Faculty of Organization and Informatics (FOI - University of Zagreb, Croatia).
- Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing V5.0 ENG - Zagreb - Kondiment Training Center, 2016.
Marcela is fluent in English and Croatian language and has good basic skills in German.
